We use commercially reasonable methods, based on available technology and the limited scope of personal information we receive, to obtain verifiable consent from either the Parent or Educator regarding our collection, use, and sharing of information of Users under 13. As required under COPPA, parents can make certain choices regarding how their child’s information is used. Parents should submit these requests either to the Educator, who, as the parent’s agent, must pass those requests to us by emailing support@storyvoice.live, or directly to us by emailing support@storyvoice.live if a child is joining from outside an Educator's group.

We remove the audience participation segment from our uploaded recordings of the sessions, and delete recorded audio from our Users reasonably promptly after each session is completed. We store the information we collect for as long as we believe it is reasonably necessary for us to provide the Services, or for up to 30 days in our archives after you have requested to remove user data.
